DrawWorks Safety & Quality

When it comes to safety and quality assurance, we are committed to exceeding your expectations and staying ahead of the curve.

Monthly & Weekly Shop / Machine Shop Safety Meetings

We recognize that handling heavy equipment requires attentive care and training. It is our goal to maintain not only a safe, but an accident free workplace. Our weekly shop meetings give the management and staff a chance to cover new safety topics and discuss any issues that may be present. We also conduct monthly safety meetings with the goal of opening a dialogue between the management and employees in regard to all on the job safety and operational issues.

Workplace Orientation & Job Performance Reviews

When a new employee is brought onto our team we make sure they go through an orientation program so they have a solid understanding of our products, how to use them and how to be safe on the job and in the field.

Substance Abuse Programs

Part of our safety protocol is making sure that every employee is working drug-free. Employees are sent for drug and alcohol screening prior to hiring. We also perform random drug testing and require mandatory testing in the event that we feel there is any reasonable cause. Post-accident drug testing is also required. We are proud of our team and our staff and work hard to make sure we are always presenting the best.

Safety and high-quality work are the cornerstones of what we do. We are committed to staying ahead of the curve when it comes to the latest in safety technology and training.
