For example, we provide intensive training, such as our “Working with Heavy Equipment in Our Field” training. In addition to the training, our company conducts monthly safety meetings. By doing this, management and employees can discuss operational issues. DrawWorks looks for ways to improve and strengthen safety internally and well as abroad. Therefore, DrawWorks are required to attend all training and safety meetings.

New employees are required to attend our comprehensive orientation program. In this orientation, team members will have a solid understanding of our products as well as how to use them. As a result, DrawWorks team recently received our ISO 9001 certification. This certification helps companies develop a Quality Management System. THE MEN BEHIND DRAWWORKS

Founder, Gus Mullins is the architect of developing new technology in the oil industry. Mr. Mullins continued to create drawings for new ideas well after he hung up his work boots. Eventually, these ideas began to take shape, and thus DrawWorks was born. Mr. Mullins enjoys coming in daily to help design new products to update our product line. As a result, our equipment and tools are an international commodity.

Executive Vice President of Operations, Matt Hickl, is a small-town farm boy. The need to repair and restore broken farm equipment promptly was just the beginning for him and his engineering career. He enjoys hands-on demonstrations and training with the new products from DrawWorks. DrawWorks is proud to have him as one of our leaders of our team members.
